You wouldn't believe the horror stories that many of my clients will tell you about outsourcing.
One of my clients was on the verge of bankruptcy due to botched outsourcing. He had spent weeks undoing the damage, smoothing over his customers' ruffled feathers.

In another situation, I worked with a client a couple of years ago where i was brought in to correct a major disaster.
My Client was marketing to 1.5 million databases in a niche.
He hired a girl to support him in the efforts of marketing, who downloaded and stole the entire database and started selling it in the CD.
Another client, who had spent thousands of dollars on email marketing with zero conversions due to the fact that his recently hired virtual assistant failed to verify and test that link to his main sales funnels.
It was not working!
Another client was spending huge money on email marketing without getting much ROI because no one kept an eye on his emails deliver-ability report to check that the mail servers were blocking his email ranking him high on spam thus affecting his online reputation.

Imagine the shock when a former client lost $30,000 in her Ad Sense account because her assistant violated the Google ad placement policy while posting articles on her blog site. I can’t tell you how devastated she felt.
A product launch derailed… The last thing you want during a product launch is not having your team around!
We got the business of another client due to the fact that he was in the middle of a product launch and needed some last-minute changes on his sales pages, but his developer was nowhere to be found and the client missed his campaign deadline.
How you would feel if you were in some of the same circumstances? My guess is you would have that “sinking feeling” in the pit of your stomach!

The biggest complaint that clients have of other outsources is that the people they work with are like robots.
They just do things A-B-C and it's frustrating for the client's customers.
We've learned how to get around that. One key is keeping things reasonably small. We are a small company but highly professional. One of the co-owners or top managers is always there.
Another key is to train our people so they can make decisions and do the right thing. We test them and make sure they are fully comfortable. So they can do the right job for you.
