For businesses that run on phone calls

Run your call center with AI agents, and keep your people for the calls that need them

We set up AI agents that answer, sort and log your inbound calls and make consented outbound calls, on your numbers and by your rules. Every call is recorded, transcribed, scored for sentiment and logged in your CRM.

Free, 60 minutes, with Waqas. Bring last month's call numbers and we will show you what share an agent could take.

  • Running call floors since 2003
  • Our own phone system, with numbers in 100+ countries
  • Every call recorded and transcribed

Staffing for the peaks means paying for the quiet hours

Call volume never arrives evenly. It spikes on Monday mornings, the day an ad goes live and the week a product breaks, then drops off. So you staff for the peak and pay for the quiet, or staff for the average and lose calls when it gets busy.

Every seat costs a salary, training, cover for shifts and sick days, and the cost of replacing people who leave. Meanwhile the calls themselves are mostly the same handful of questions, asked again and again, now on the phone, website chat, WhatsApp and Instagram at once.

What the agent does on an inbound call

  1. Answers on your number, at any hour, and says it is your AI assistant.

  2. Answers the repeat questions from the information you give it: hours, the prices you publish, order status, how to book.

  3. Takes down the caller's details and what they need, books the appointment or logs the ticket, and recognizes a returning caller.

  4. Transfers the call live to your team when it shouldn't handle it, and briefs your person before they pick up.

A specialist agent for each queue, like a well-run team

A good call center doesn't send every caller to the same person. Billing goes to billing, and cancellations go to someone trained to keep the customer. We set agents up the same way: a front-door agent works out what the caller needs and passes them to the agent for that queue.

  • Billing and refunds

    Its agent

Looks up the order and payment in your system and explains the charge

    Needs a person

Issuing the refund, unless you allow it

  • Cancellations and retention

    Its agent

Asks why, and offers what you've approved, such as a pause or a discount

    Needs a person

    Anything outside your approved offers

  • Product or service support

    Its agent

Answers from that product's manuals and policies, and books a technician

    Needs a person

Faults it can't solve, and upset customers

Each agent gets its own job description, rules and the tools you allow it to use: look-only where it only needs to look, and changes only where you've switched them on. When a call needs a person, the agent transfers it live and briefs your team member before they pick up.

Outbound calls, only with consent

Outbound is where AI calls save the most staff time, and where the rules matter most. We use it for calls your customers have agreed to receive:

  • Feedback after the job. A homeowner gets a call after the HVAC install, window replacement or plumbing repair, and their answers are recorded.
  • Surveys and check-ins. Calls to existing customers to ask how things are going.
  • Announcements. A new service, feature or offer, to customers who agreed to hear about them.

In the US, the FCC confirmed in February 2024 that AI-generated voices count as "artificial" under the telephone consumer protection law, so these calls need the person's prior consent (FCC ruling 24-17). Marketing calls need written consent (47 CFR 64.1200). Other countries have their own rules, and we set your calls up to follow the ones where your customers live.

The agent takes the repeat calls. Your people take the ones that matter.

Each call is recorded and transcribed, scored for sentiment, summarized and logged in your CRM, with the lead attached. You can listen to any call, read any transcript and see which calls went to a person and why.

The agent handles

  • Answering, sorting and logging every call it is given
  • The repeat questions, from your information
  • Bookings, reminders and consented outbound calls

Your people keep

  • Escalations, angry callers and complaints
  • Refunds, exceptions and anything that needs judgment
  • The sales conversation and retention calls

The agent only knows what you give it. When a caller asks something outside that, it says a person will confirm and writes the question down for your team. After launch we listen to calls with you and tighten what it says.

Waqas Amjad Sethi

Set up by someone who has run call floors since 2003

Waqas Amjad, co-founder

I started on the phones at TRG, one of Pakistan's first call centers, and went on to run training and quality for a floor taking more than 4,000 inbound calls a day. In 2005 I co-founded my own call center, running inbound and outbound calls for clients abroad.

My co-founder Farhan and I built our own phone system, LeanPBX, and our own AI agent platform. The agent answering your line runs on software we built and maintain, so the people who can change it are the people you are already talking to.

Start with a free hour on your own calls

Bring last month's call numbers if you have them: how many calls, at what times, and what people called about.

In that hour we:

  • work out what share of your calls are repeat questions an agent can take
  • mark which calls must stay with a person
  • agree the numbers to measure first, such as missed calls, wait times and cost per call

You get a written summary afterwards, yours to keep whoever you hire. If an AI call center will not pay for itself for you yet, the summary says so.

We use your details to prepare for the call and nothing else. See our privacy policy.

Questions

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. The agent says it is your AI assistant at the start of the call. Anyone who asks for a person is transferred live, and the agent briefs your team member first.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. Your numbers stay on your website and ads, and you forward them to a number we give you, toll-free or local. We can also give you new local numbers in more than 100 countries.
Who can listen to the recordings?
The recordings are in your own account. You set up the users on it and decide who can listen.
Which industries is this for?
Any business that runs on phone calls: home services, clinics and service businesses, e-commerce and support desks. Our industry pages show how it works in specific trades.
What does it cost?
It depends on your call volume and channels. We walk you through it on the readiness call.
