Globosmart Services builds custom software and AI automations for operational problems that process alone cannot fix: internal tools, API integrations, workflow automation and AI agents. Our team architected three production platforms, and software we built for a client in 2005 is still earning subscription revenue for them today.

Most operational problems are not software problems. Some are.

The honest version first: most of what looks like a software gap is a process gap, and buying an application to cover it just adds a licence fee to the confusion. We will tell you when that is the case.

But sometimes the answer really is a tool that does not exist. A sales team losing 60% of its week to hand-written quotes does not need a better process. It needs an app that captures the measurement in the field and produces the quote on the spot.
