- Will this replace my team?
- No. It replaces the parts of their day they would happily give away. The goal is that your people spend their time on the conversations that need a person.
- What should stay human?
- Anything involving judgement, money, a complaint or a relationship. A good agent knows when to hand over, and we design that handover first.
- Do we have to use Hania.ai?
- No. We use whatever fits. Sometimes that is Hania, sometimes a simple automation in the tools you already pay for. We will tell you which on the first call.
- What does it cost to start?
- Most first agents are a small, fixed scope: one job, one channel, one measure of success. We quote it on the diagnostic call once we know which job it is.
