Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what you type into our forms, we use it to prepare for and hold a conversation with you, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the processors named below. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect your name, email address and whatever you write in the message field. If you choose to complete the optional section, we also collect your company name, website and a monthly revenue band.

If you subscribe to our emails, we collect your email address and a record of when, where and to what wording you agreed, so we can show that you asked to hear from us.

About the revenue question: it is optional, we use it only to work out whether we can help you and to prepare for the call, and it is never shared with anyone. If you would rather not say, leave it blank. It will not change how we respond.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages actually help people, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Meta ads. Both collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland both stay off until you accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Who processes it

• BlacklistGuard stores your submission and delivers our notification email. BlacklistGuard is our own product, so your details are held on infrastructure we operate rather than a third party’s.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs on our forms to block automated submissions. It checks the browser, not the person.
• Google Analytics for site usage, subject to the consent settings above.
• Meta (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to measure our advertising. If you have allowed it and you send a form or subscribe, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, and your phone number if you gave one, so the result can be matched to an ad. Meta cannot turn the scrambled copy back into your details.

We validate submitted email addresses before storing them, to keep our records clean and to avoid mailing addresses that do not exist.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as we have a contractual or tax obligation to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@globosmartservices.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics, for measuring our Meta advertising, and for the security check on our forms. Where the law requires consent, analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you give it. The security check needs no consent, because the forms cannot work safely without it.
