The short version
We collect what you type into our forms, we use it to prepare for and hold a conversation with you, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the processors named below. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name, email address and whatever you write in the message field. If you choose to complete the optional section, we also collect your company name, website and a monthly revenue band.
About the revenue question: it is optional, we use it only to work out whether we can help you and to prepare for the call, and it is never shared with anyone. If you would rather not say, leave it blank. It will not change how we respond.
Our analytics provider also collects standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this is switched off by default until you consent.
Who processes it
- BlacklistGuard stores your submission and delivers our notification email. BlacklistGuard is our own product, so your details are held on infrastructure we operate rather than a third party’s.
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs on our forms to block automated submissions. It checks the browser, not the person.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for site usage, subject to the consent settings above.
We validate submitted email addresses before storing them, to keep our records clean and to avoid mailing addresses that do not exist.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as we have a contractual or tax obligation to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@globosmartservices.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and for the security check on our forms. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Where consent is required, analytics stays off until you give it.
