Globosmart Services builds web applications for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software: client portals, internal dashboards, CRM systems, SaaS products and conversion-focused websites. LeanPBX and BlacklistGuard are web applications we designed, built and run every day, used by other businesses as well as our own.
Off-the-shelf software fits most businesses, until the day it does not
At first the subscription stack works. A CRM here, a form builder there, a spreadsheet holding it all together. Then the business grows and the gaps show up. Data lives in five places, nobody trusts the numbers, and one person has become the human integration between tools that do not talk to each other.
