For window and door companies

Answer, qualify and book the window and door leads you already paid for

We put an AI intake agent on your phone line. It answers when your consultants are on site, works out who is calling, takes down the job and books the measurement visit on the right consultant's calendar. Your consultants do the selling.

Free, 60 minutes, with Waqas. You keep the written summary, whoever you hire.

  • Running phones and back offices since 2003

You paid for that call before it rang

Window and door leads cost real money. TV, radio, Google ads, the van outside a customer's house, a referral from someone you did a good job for. By the time the phone rings, you have already paid for it.

Then it rings at 11 on a Tuesday. One consultant is measuring a bay window across town. The other is at a kitchen table walking a homeowner through a proposal. The office line goes to voicemail, and the message says "calling about a quote, call me back," sometimes with a number and often without a name. The homeowner calls the next company on their list.

Across 300+ projects we kept seeing the same leak. Businesses spend heavily to create demand and then lose it at the point of contact. In window and door companies it happens twice: at the phone, and again in the weeks between the first visit and the signed contract.

Five different people call your office, and each one needs something different

  • A homeowner replacing old windows or doors

    Needs a measurement visit, soon.

  • A homeowner building or extending

Needs a consultant who handles new projects, and a timeline that fits the build.

  • A dealer or distributor

Is sourcing product for their own customers and belongs with your trade desk.

  • An installer or contractor

Is pricing a job for a client and needs your trade pricing and lead times.

  • An architect or specifier

Needs product specs and your commercial contact.

Voicemail treats all five the same. A receptionist who knows the trade sorts them in the first minute, and that is the first thing we set up.

What happens when the call is answered

  1. The call is picked up

Your existing number forwards to the agent, day or night, so your ads, vans and website stay exactly as they are.

  2. It works out who is calling

One or two questions sort the caller: "Is this for your own home, or for a client's project?"

  3. It takes down the job

For a homeowner: how many windows and doors, roughly how big the job is, replacement or new build, the timeline, the address, and a budget if they offer one.

  4. It books the measurement visit

It finds an open slot on the calendar of the consultant who covers that area and books it before the caller hangs up.

  5. Your consultant gets the summary

Who called, what they want, how big it is, and when the visit is. Short enough to read between jobs.

Plenty of homeowners call in the evening or on a Saturday morning, when your office is closed. Those calls get the same treatment.

The agent takes the details. Your people win the job.

After 23 years of training call floors and running back offices, this is the line we draw for every client.

The agent handles

  • Answering every call it is given
  • Sorting the caller
  • Writing down the job
  • Booking the visit
  • Sending reminders

Your people keep

  • The price conversation and any discount
  • Complaints and warranty calls from existing customers
  • Commercial specs and anything unusual
  • The conversation at the kitchen table that closes the job

The agent only knows what you give it: your services, your areas, your hours and your intake questions. When a caller asks for something it was never given, like a price or a warranty term, it tells them a consultant will confirm and notes the question for your team. A caller who wants a person is transferred live, and the agent briefs your team member first.

Most jobs are won or lost in the weeks after the first visit

Replacing windows is a big decision, and homeowners take weeks over it. Three things decide the job in that time: how fast the quote arrives, whether anyone follows up while the homeowner is still comparing, and whether the quote matches what was measured.

We set up estimate follow-up that runs on a schedule and uses what was captured on the first call. Your consultant calls back knowing the job, and the homeowner never has to repeat it.

We also fix the quote side. A Canadian window and door manufacturer brought us in because its sales consultants were spending 60% of their time on quotes. Measurements came in on paper, every surveyor wrote them differently, and the back office spent its days decoding handwriting. We studied the whole quoting chain before building anything, then built a site measurement app around the manufacturer's own intake sheet and product codes. It works on site with no signal and produces one consistent packet per job, with photos, ready for the quote software. The consultants got their week back for selling.

We have worked inside a fenestration business, from the site measure to the quote, and that is the work we bring to yours.

Are your sales consultants still building quotes themselves?

Every hour a consultant spends on a quote is an hour away from a homeowner, and your consultant's hour is worth the jobs they close in it. Hand the quoting to us. Our estimators build your takeoffs and quotes in WindowMaker, WinHouse or AutoCAD, so your consultants spend the day selling and the quotes still go out on time. We will walk you through the cost on the call.

Set up by someone who has worked every seat on a call floor

Waqas Amjad, co-founder

I started at TRG, one of Pakistan's first call centers, on the phone for 95% of every shift. At MPS I was one of 50 people taking calls back to back on 12-hour shifts. I moved up to run floor traffic, then the floor itself, then training and quality for a floor that took more than 4,000 inbound calls a day. That one floor handled over a million calls a year.

In 2005 I co-founded my own call center, the company that became Globosmart, running inbound and outbound calls for clients abroad. For ten years we ran one client's entire back office, at 8,000 to 10,000 emails and calls a month. At Telenor I managed a public-private program that put 125,000 smartphones in farmers' hands, with its own call operation behind it.

So when we put an agent on your line, I write its intake the way I used to train new agents: what to ask first, when to stop asking, and which calls go straight to a person.

My co-founder Farhan and I also built our own phone system, LeanPBX, and our own AI agent platform. The agent answering your line runs on software we built and maintain, so the people who can change it are the people you are already talking to. After launch we listen to calls with you and tighten the questions.

Start with a free hour on your own lead flow

Before anyone builds anything, we spend 60 minutes on your business. Bring last month's lead numbers if you have them.

In that hour we:

  • walk your lead flow from the first ad to the signed contract
  • mark each step: hand it to an agent, put a person's approval on it, or leave it with your team
  • agree the first numbers worth measuring, such as missed calls, time to first callback and quotes still open

You get a written summary afterwards, and it is yours to keep, whoever you hire. If AI will not pay for itself in your business yet, the summary says so, along with what would need to change first.

We use your details to prepare for the call and nothing else. See our privacy policy.

Questions owners ask us

Will homeowners mind talking to an AI?
The agent says it is your AI assistant at the start of the call. Compare that with what a caller gets now at 7pm: a beep. Anyone who asks for a person is transferred live, and the agent briefs your team member first.
What if it tells a caller something wrong about my business?
It only works from what you give it: your services, your areas, your hours and your intake questions. When it is asked something outside that, like a price or a warranty term, it says a consultant will confirm and writes the question down for your team.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays on your ads, vans and website, and the calls you cannot take are forwarded to the agent.
Does this replace my office staff?
It covers the calls nobody can take: during site visits, lunch, evenings and weekends. Your staff keep the conversations that need a person.
Is this only for window and door companies?
The same setup works for most businesses that win jobs by phone, including roofing, solar, HVAC and plumbing. This page is about window and door companies because that is where our measurement and quoting work is.
